Well, background check and drug test passed, just need to find out when my class is (yes, we take a class...so excited! lol) then I am resigning from Kohl's
Well, I am starting a new "diet" I am not exactly overweight but I think I need to be a little built for work. Also, I would not mind more stomach muscles, though nothing like the gymnasts I saw on the Tele (preparing for London!) I am hoping to lose 5-10lbs.
My diet:
Have three meals, and two healthy
Reducing sugar like soda to two cups a day and one bowl of snacks= Portion!
Working out 15 minutes. Since it's warm, I run in place while watching "Heartland" for 15 minutes. Yay youtube! I will start riding my scooter when it's cooler. Hopefully, this works and I am healthy!
I already eat cereal, veggies, drink milk, and take vitamins.....:)
